Can I take the program with a family member?
Research supports that, when families engage in their own treatment process, positive outcomes are significantly higher for those with substance use disorder. We recognize that the entire family system is impacted and requires healing. While we recommend that all family members engage in their own healing process, we follow evidence-based best practices and provide separate groups for each member attending.
What do I need to participate in the FamiliesFIRST program?
In order to have a great experience, we kindly ask that you have the following available to you:
- An internet-capable device suitable for viewing the course (ex. laptop or desktop) including speakers & video capabilities.
- A stable internet connection for the duration of the program.
- A private space where you will not be disturbed during sessions.
